Concerts

Performance opportunities: which concert is for me?

Performing is an inspiring, energising, integral part of learning music! Each term we hold the following concerts for adult and child students of Greenwich Music School:

Thank you for the lovely concert on Wednesday. Liri really enjoyed performing and it was great to watch her and the the other students.
— Kim (parent)
I really enjoyed last week, first time I’d ever played in front of anyone.
— Rachel (adult)
Thank you very much for organizing such a successful concert for the little ones! Everyone there has enjoyed it!
— Yuejiao (parent)
A great opportunity for my daughter and helped build her confidence in performing. It was also a pleasure to listen to the other children who are really very talented, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy the evening so much!
— (Parent)
  • Soloists concerts are for all child and adult students learning an instrument or voice at Greenwich Music School.

  • Launchpad concerts are a less formal performance opportunity for students aged up to 10 who are new to performing. It includes a group warm-up with a GMS tutor.

  • Ensembles concerts are for students in group courses such as the orchestras, musicianship class, theory & composition class, and choir.
