Neus Peris

Neus Peris is an intrepid and passionate pianist, with a wide and eclectic repertoire that covers from music by inspiring emerging contemporary composers through to the classics that we all know well. All these influences led her to find her own personality also as an improviser.

With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, she affirms that educational work has been one of the most rewarding experiences she ever came across. Over the years she has observed how students learn better and faster when they feel successful, have a positive frame of mind, and feel confident towards the music - these aims Neus works to achieve through a sensitive approach to each student and to their personal needs.

Neus is currently finishing an MMus in piano performance at Trinity Laban University of Music and Dance, where she was recently awarded with the first prize in the English Song Competition together with her duo partner Aimee Presswood.
