FUNdamental Singing with Eleanor Rastall

Group size: 4 to 20

Experience required: For groups of singers at a similar level (eg beginners or choir members)

Duration: 1 to 3 hours, 1 to 4 sessions

Spaces & resources required: One room with space for all workshop members to move around or lie down

Objectives: Learn or improve basic singing technique and understanding, for team building, choir members and as extra training for those constantly using singing or speaking voice.

Activity: Relaxed, practical vocal and physical activities to improve confidence and consistency, increase awareness of habitual tensions that can ‘get in the way’, understand how your whole body can and should be involved in singing. No sight-reading required.
